Spears wrapped in Prosciutto, on Rocket Leaves, Plum Tomato
Concasse and Basil Hollandaise. MAIN COURSE:
Fillet of
Sea Bass, Roasted Baby Potatoes and Fennel with a Walnut,
Mint and Feta Pesto. DESSERT:
Cherry Clefoutis
with a Fresh Mint Creme Anglaise.
SUMMER
STARTER:
Terrine of Foie Gras, Watercress, Spiced Pear
Compote and Toasted Brioche. MAIN COURSE:
Locally Reared Leg of Lamb, served on a Selection
of Minted Baby Vegetables and Redcurrant and Lavender Jus. DESSERT:
Bowl of Locally Farmed Strawberries with Whipped Cream.
AUTUMN
STARTER:
Pumpkin and Rosemary Soup, finished with Creme
Fraiche. MAIN COURSE:
Seared Rib of Beef, Thyme Yorkshire Puddings,
Roasted Potatoes and Red Wine Sauce, topped with Parsnip Crisps. DESSERT:
Apple and Cinnamon Tart Tatin with Hazelnut Cream.

Freshly Brewed Coffee and a selection of Fine Teas
